Earth Day Food and Wine Festival

"Earth Day." This particular day may not have a special meaning for some, however, there is a group that knows how to through a party, or shall we say wine festival. SIP, also known as Sustainable In Practice, is an organization dedicated towards promoting vineyards/wineries that practice environmental responsibility among other aspects.
The 7th annual Earth Day Food & Wine Festival is held in Paso Robles at Pomar Junction Vineyard & Winery on Saturday afternoon April 20th. The celebration will be inclusive throughout the Central Coast and showcase over 200 purveyors of award winning, sustainable produced food and wine. Growers, vintners, and chefs come together to serve delicious one of a kind dishes made with local fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, olive oils, and more.(Click VIDEO)
General admission guests begin festivities at 2:00 and "Premiere Admission" fun starts earlier at 1:00. Earth Day Food & WIne Festival goers will have the opportunity to taste many fantastic wine/beer producers from up and down the coast.
While there will be no shortage of wineries pouring, food will be even more prevalent hosting some of the best local restaurants and caterers. Visitors can eat and drink from some of the finest the region has to offer, all while visiting the many exhibitors.
The weekend is loaded with events surrounding this festival like wine dinners, picnics, farmers market, bike rides, brunches and more. So get your tickets, grab a glass, plate, and get ready for one of the best wine parties around.

Parking is limited at the event and available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $25 per car - advanced reservations required. Shuttles also available $15 per person.
