Earth Day Food & Wine Festival
Located: Paso Robles at Castoro Cellars on Hwy 46 West
When: April 18 is the main event ( however the entire weekend is filled with events 17th-19th)
Time: VIP 1:00 PM $115 and General Admission $75 at 2:00 PM and ends at 5 PM
What: Group of people interested in sustainable practices that are some of the best local chefs, farmers, and wineries all getting together to party.
This just might be the most casual event you will find in the State without an ounce of pretension. These are some amazing people that simply care about taking care of the land, their products, the earth, and all they do in a fun way showcasing some of the best food and wine on the Central Coast.
There is zero waste, and I do not think they have ever had more than 3 or 4 pounds of total trash because they recycle nearly everything.
There is a reason the word "food" is before wine in the event title. There are more food producers putting out great bites, and no shortage of SIP certified producers.Wine producers from Santa Barbara County, Edna Valley in SLO, and Paso Robles, and even a few from Northern CA.
This event just seems to get better every year. They always have a fun band that gets the crowd out hopping around to a good time.
The entire weekend is filled with events like wine and cheese pairings, wine dinners, an Olive Mill tour, and so much more.
